The study subject concerns the implementation of a Time & attendance management and access control system for a garage in the province of Milan, which requires an efficient and reliable system for managing the data of its employees in relation to the presence and access to the different areas of the garage.

The attendance management system and access management must be integrated in order to offer a complete and reliable solution. In particular, for detecting presence, a badge and PIN system such as Anviz W1C-Pro Wifi was used, which allows employees to be identified quickly and reliably. This system is combined with dedicated management software, which makes it possible to control presence and access to the various workshop areas.

Instead, as regards the control of access to the various areas of the workshop, a combination of access door control devices was used, such as the Anviz C2 KA badge and PIN readers. The management software will then allow real-time access to data on employee attendance and on the management of access to the various areas of the workshop.

This type of solution offers numerous advantages, including greater efficiency in organizing workshop activities, as well as greater safety and control of the flow of people and materials inside the workshop. Furthermore, the use of automated management systems reduces the need for manual control activities, allowing for greater optimization of the workshop's human and time resources.
